Cheilitis Granulomatosa; Report of Two Cases

       We report two cases of cheilitis granulomatosa. A 38-year-old female and a 45-year-old male presented with swelling of the lower lip. Neither case included the three symptoms of Melkerson-Rosenthal syndrome, which is characterized by swelling of lip, facial paralysis and plicated tongue. Both patients were treated successfully with oxatomide. Sarcoidosis, Crohn's disease, angioedema had to be considered in the differential diagnosis.
